Has anyone ever heard of this diet?

Re: Sugar busters

sure- It's almost like a diabetic's diet. You can eat carbs but they have to be whole grain- no white flour products at all. No foods with added sugar. For example, you can have yogurt but it has to be a no-sugar added kind or one that is sweetened by fructose- and that still needs to be at a minimum. I did it for a little while to get myself off of sugar and it did work- I lost about 5 pounds before switching to WW. I thought it was good but a bit restrictive and not something I could do forever.

Re: Sugar busters

I live by that book! I keep it as a guide for my diet. It really explains why the world is so over weight. There is sugar in everything in the grocery store, it's just sickening!
