Okay here is my dilemma.... Audreys delivery charge is $100, and Sugar Chic is only $25... but I feel like Audreys is really well known for their cakes and I am getting a grooms cake for FH. Quotes for both places were close give or take $10. Now I dont know what decision to make because Sugar Chic doesnt have a store front for me to go and see her work. I havent really heard about her besides on here.
I was wondering what experiences you ladies have had with Sugar Chic or Audreys and what kind of cakes has she made for you??
The really good thing is that I can have her deliver the cake for $25... but I felt more confident in Audreys but $100 is too much!! Ladies, what should I do???

I have never had Sugar Chic, but I've had Audrey's a number of times, they are amazing! Did you try to Google: 'Sugar Chic Review'? That might help.

'08er crashing. Our cake was by Audrey's and it was sooooo yummy. They were a pleasure to work with but were included in our reception package so we did not technically pay a fee for delivery.
Our cake was chocolate with cannoli cream and chocolate mousse fillings and buttercream frosting. Everyone raved about it!

Me crashing too...our wedding cake was Audrey's and it was amazing....we chose chocolate and vanilla layers with raspberry and chocolate mousse. You can't go wrong with Audrey's...although it is a bit more for delivery, I would go with them over someone you can't even get a sample cake or a review for...you just don't know what you'll end up getting. Your wedding is too important to take a risk like that for...and in the scheme of things with the expense of a wedding...$75 more isn't that much more when you really think about it!!

I totally agree with you!! This is why I keep going back and forth with it. It seems like a lot of girls on here have used Audreys and have had a really good experience with them. With Sugar Chic, girls are booking with her now- but I havent really found any reviews on her and so thats why I keep going back and forth.
Thank you for your input ladies, I think Im going to go with Audreys so that I dont have to be stressing and worrying about the quality of the cake for FH.
