Does anyone have any good sugar free desserts? I want to make something good for my Italian FIL since he is diabetic. He will eat what I make usually but not too much. I want to make him something that he really will enjoy.
ETA: This will be for thanksgiving.

I make my sister (who is a diabetic too) a apple pie. I use the premade pie crust, cut up a few apples over the top with another premade pie crust and just bake it.
I made this Apple coffecake for my FH's Aunt who's diabetic it uses Splenda. . She loved it! She said it didn't taste like the usual diabetic desserts which are horrible and taste like cardboard.
