Sugarplums... OVERPRICED
ladies.... I very rarely post things on here... but i got so aggravated today at Sugarplums that i felt compelled to spare you from the same misery i suffered!
1) They don't allow appointments, so you have to go and 'sign in' and wait for a salesperson to help you. We waited for approx 20min.
2) We were told that the MOB dresses were in a 'vault', so there was nothing to look at while we waited. We were told to amuse ourselves by looking at some prom dresses.
3) After we finally got some help, my mom told the woman what she was looking for, and surfaced from the vault with only 3 dresses! all of which we tried on at other salons.
4) The best one so far..... EACH DRESS IS ABOUT $200+ MORE THAN OTHER SALONS.
5) They do have dresses in many sizes, but when we asked what size my mom had on, we were told 'oh. we dont tell sizes here'. Oh im sorry! I didn't know it was a big secret.
6) STUFFED WITH TEENAGERS LOOKING FOR SWEET 16 DRESSES
Ladies..... bottom line..... I don't recommend this place unless you like waiting, only looking at 3 dresses, chilling with teenagers, and spending 200+ more than you would everywhere else.
I vented. I feel better now!
