Suggest a dessert please!

DH and I are going to a co-worker's house for dinner this weekend. We want to bring a dessert but they just said, 'bring what you'd like.'
With no direction, I'm stummped! What would you bring?
TIA

What about bark?? It's so easy and everyone loves it!

All you need are saltines, choc chips and butter!

I have never heard of this - how do you make it?

It is so easy!!!

Line a cookie sheet or lasagna pan with tin foil.

Place a single layer of crackers, salt side up on the foil. Preheat oven to 350.

Metl 2 sticks of butter over med-med/high heat, add one cup of sugar. Reduce heat, letting it bubble for about 3-4 minutes (it kind of thickens up). Spead it over the crackers. Bake in the oven for 8 mintues.
Remove from oven, spread 12 oz bag semi-sweet choc chips across evenly. They start to melt and you can swirl it around the crackers until everything is covered.

Refrigerate overnight, break into pieces and serve!

So simple and always a hit. It's quite addicting.

One of those no bake cheesecakes. They are so easy. I brought a no-bake Oreo cheesecake to a dinner we went to, and it was SUCH a hit, I was embarassed to say I bought the box at target
