I initially wanted to have an outdoor ceremony but since the off peak season is during the cold weather I am looking for a place to have the ceremony only. I'm in love with the set up of the Vanderbilt Mansion in Oakdale but I don't know if they do ceremony only.
Any suggestions?

The Vanderbilt that is on the campus of Dowling College had an enclosed glass room which you could get married in... and it was all windows... so it would be really nice!!!
Is that the Vanderbilt you looked at?

My manager actually had her ceremony and reception there. It is all catered by Lovin Oven', which also caters wedding for several other venues. The food is supposed to be good. You can do a search on here, there should be some info.
