Suggestions for a honeymoon in September? *NM*
We are going to the Cayman Islands. I know some people are going to Hawaii or Carribean. The only thing that worries me is that its Hurricane season in the carribean. I heard only Aruba (I think thats the one) is the one who doesnt really have to worry about Hurricanes but the rest of the islands are on the main path...We considered Europe (Spain, Italy etc but the price for airline tickets was high so thats why we did Caymans. We really wanted St. Lucia (I am dying to go there) but Hawaii was cheaper to fly to!! What kind of things are you looking for? What do you want to do there? Key West was another we looked into (swimming with the dolphins!!) but we have a timeshare and Cayman was available first.

We are doing a timeshare also in the Canary Islands, which are a part of Spain, and off the coast of Africa. We wanted to go to the Carribbean too, but were also afraid of Hurricane Season.

Bali in September *NM*
I have a friend getting married in Sept. and she is going to Bali and it is fairly inexpensive that time of the year. They are spending 3 weeks (2 weeks at the Ritz Carlton in Bali and 1 week between Hong Kong and Bangkok) and are flying on Cathay Pacific (they have some special where you fly to a number of different cities for a fixed price). The total cost for the hotels for 3 weeks and airfare for two is only $5,000. Bali is supposed to be one of the most romantic places in the world! It's one of my two choices for a honeymoon. Good luck.

My fiance and I are getting married and September and we are going to go to California for our honeymoon. Neither of us have been there and it's a place we both want to go. We are thinking of staying in Montauk the night before we leave for our Honeymoon to watch the sunrise on the east coast, fly to California that day and watch the sunset on the west coast.

We are spending a week in Italy (Venice and Lake Como) and then flying to Barcelona to take a cruise through the Italian and French Rivieras.

Some suggestions...
Depending on when in September you are getting married and what you like to do you might want to go north rather than south. Bar Harbor, Maine is beautiful at that time of year and the prices are much less than at any other time. There are lots of things to do there too. If you are going in late September you might want to try some other New England locations for the fall foliage. You could also do something like going to Quebec City or Nova Scotia.

CABO is great!
My FI and I went to Cabo 2 years ago and it was the best vacation we ever went on. Tons of stuff to do there, beautiful resorts, great food and absolutely perfect weather. I`ve talked about it so much that many of my friends have vacationed there on my recommendation and loved it as well. You can`t go wrong but make sure you stay in Cabo San Lucas or on the Corridor! Talking about honeymoons is my favorite part of planning a wedding!!Welcome New Vendors
