Suggestions for inbetween ceremony, how to tell people

I am slightly worried that some of my FH family will not realize they cannot come directly to the reception hall after the ceremony so I wanted to type up something that I could give out after the ceremony giving suggestions on things the guests can do inbetween. I have some ideas of things they can do but dont know how to word it.
I want to write something like, you have two hours to kill until the reception starts, here are some things that you can do (but word it a little nicer), any suggestions?

We rented a room in the hotel and put games, beer, wine, and light snacks in there. We put a card in the programs:

After the ceremony, for your convenience,
there will be light refreshments, games,
and a place to relax in the hospitality suite
of the Farmingdale Courtyard Marriott.

Between 3:30 and 5:30 p.m.

Suggestions for inbetween ceremony, how to tell people

After my ceremony everyone is invited to go back to my parents home to have some refreshments and relax and I just put something in the OOT guest welcome bag and the rest of the people will find out from word of mouth when they are there.
