Just a thought, I've seen a few that make their programs into fans. Not sure how they did it but it was really cute!

I made program fans for the ceremony. You can take a look in my album.
I bought paper fans from oriental trading for my sister's wedding. The quality was horrible. It was stiff and hard to open. The silk fans are better but cost more $. take a look at Wrap With Us website. I'm pretty sure they carry them. Otherwise give them a call before you head down there.

i did see this and while i do think it is quite cute- the ones i would end up doing (as a DIY project) would be the flat straight fans with the program on it glued to a stick more or less and then the women would not be able to fold it up and keep it in the purse or for future use. I did however see one LIW bride do the foldable program on her fan which looked amazing but is wayyyy too much work and detail than i would ever have patience for!

WOW SOO talented you can seriously do that as a side job for future LIW brides. I would totally pay you do it that but i am soooo not that crafty to do it myself (I wish :( )
