summer rentals...can you help me?

I really need help with this..I was wondering if anyone knew how to go about finding summer bungalows to rent in the li area or rockaway area. I did a search but couldnt find a thing.

I need to get my mom out of the neighborhood for the most part of the summer but I need somewhere close so I can travel to her. I think if she gets away, it will somewhat help her healing process after her loss. If you have any sites or know where I can look, can you please help me out. I looked at shelter island at vacation homes and you know what I found?!?! Homes for rent for the summer for 16,000 a week...I almost died..help please

There is a waterfront home for summer rental in Mt. Sinai, but I think it's $3,500 a month. It has 3 bedroom, and sounds really nice. Let me know if this is in the price range...if so, I'll be sure to check out the name of the realtor next time I pass by that office.
