Summer themes

I am getting married next summer and I still haven't picked my colors or a theme. Does anyone one have any suggestions on a theme or colors?

Re: Summer themes

My wedding is in Aug and my BM dresses are a dark gray with a silver shimmer...My first choice color was black. Im very non traditional. Go with what u like and what stands out to YOU! Most ppl do bright or pastel colors in the summer....u have the option of taking one color and using different variations of it. GOOD LUCK

It depends on what look you're going for, if you're having a beach wedding, coral & tropical colors would look festive and beautiful for an outdoor wedding. For a romantic & elegant look, a vintage & victorian theme is always stunning with ivory, pearls & beads, and lacing palette. Or you can always try pairing colors together for a modernized& sophisticated look- fushia w/ tangerine, pink and brown, teal and mint/sage, brown and blue, yellow and orange, etc.

I am having a summer wedding and I am doing 'pool' blue and lime green.
If you want to do a beach theme you can stick w/blues and greens as well.

We're using cornflower blue and shades of purple...and I've been thinking about adding some art deco details because it really goes well with our hall.
