Hi.

I have a question. I am going to make a cold pasta salad for labor day. Tortellini, provolone chunks, pepperoni and peas with sun dried tomatoes.

How do I prepare the sun dried tomatoes??? Do I cook them first or put them in raw?

Any help would be greatly appreciated! :)

I think they taste better if you drop them in hot water for a few mins and pump up again.
