Hey Girls I need suggestions....I am a MATRON or Honor in my best friends wedding on September 3rd and she keeps saying she doesnt want us to make a big deal with her Bachelorette party.....Her fiance is going to Atlantic City for the day on Sunday 8/19/07....I want to do something for her with all the girls that Sunday.
Any suggestions besides a spa for a Sunday daytime bachelorette party that wouldnt break the bank?
Thanks

Re: Sunday Bachelorette Party?
Yes, last year we did my BM's BP to the vineyards on a Sunday afternoon. I think we used a company called North Fork Tours or something to that effect. It cost us like $125 each and that covered the Bride, the tip, limo and 4 or 5 vineyard stops...oh wait. It was 4 vineyards and a farm stand stop. It was nice and it was good b/c nobody had to drive. Oh that price also included admission or whatever into the vineyards and a certain number of tastes at each vineyard.

I'd do a house party... Invite all the girls over, get some drink recipes, have everyone bring over some appetizers & desserts, and just enjoy being GIRLS!

That's a good idea too. You could do the DJ Chef thing or you could even host a passion party. They are a lot of fun.

A wine taisting at one the vineyards out east or maybe a spa day and then dinner.

On a Sunday, you can do the wine tastings out East or a Spa day and dinner. You can also throw a regular party at the house--all girls and server cocktails and finger foods and make it a girl day that way.

Thanks everyone...they all seem like good ideas.
I didnt think about the vineyards, I like it.
Anyone know how I would set up a passion party if I wanted to? I am going to run it by the girls along with Vineyard idea and see which goes over better!

I agree with the wine tasting!!! north fork trolley has package deals depending on how many girls you have!! or maybe a day trip to fire island.
