Sunday Eve Wedding
Do you think if I plan my wedding for a Sunday Eve on a holiday weeked (ex: labor day or Columbus day) that my guests would feel inconvinienced?

Re: Sunday Eve Wedding
I say go for it.
I did. I'm having an evening sunday wedding on memorial day weekend. So many people are happy because they don't have to worry about work the next day. And my out of town guests feel like they have a three day weekend and won't have to take as many days off from work to come.

Re: Sunday Eve Wedding
If people your iniviting have kids, labor day can be kind of crazy cause school starts that week. If not, then I think those dates are fine and people have plenty of time to plan.

My wedding is that Sunday before Labor Day because it's a long weekend and I have family traveling to be at the wedding.

Re: Sunday Eve Wedding
If that is when you want to do it then do it. If people feel inconvienienced then they won't go and it wasn't that important to them anyway.

Re: Sunday Eve Wedding
The people that want to be there will make an effort to share your joy on your wedding day - so dont worry abt the date and time .... do what YOU want to do.

Re: Sunday Eve Wedding
I dont think it would be a problem. I would send out Save the Dates to give your guests enough notice so they dont make plans. They are going to go to your wedding because they love you and your hunny not because of the day of the year. Good Luck!!
