Sunflower Centerpieces with Wildflowers Help???

Good Morning My Fair Ladies
I need your HELP!
FH & I have a Appointment with the Florist we have chosen tomorrow afternoon to book them & give our deposit.
Problem is although I like the Florist very much, I don't think she completely understand what I want for our Centerpieces & Bo-Ks'. I want Sunflowers as my primary flower for all with Bells of Ireland, Gerber daisies and Wildflowers as the remaining flowers. NO ROSES at all! I haven't been able to find any pictures to show her and to make her understand what I want.
Have any ideas????????

are you doing tall or low ones?





also..check out swsmag.com-a lot of the wedding they feature on there use more non-traditional flowers, so they may have some ideas there
