I am fine with CHS. I really like the track, though I like the water but the track is softer.--lol

Have you ever looked at your sneakers after being at the track!

I like the beach too but tomorrow the HS works for me. 6:45?

We have to find a way to calculate how far we're walking at the track. Maybe we could bring rocks and every time we complete a round we throw one on the side.......wow, i'm getting stupid.....think its time for bed LOL

Oh - never looked at my sneaks.....will have to check tomorrow!
