i have a friend who is getting married there in July. she says its gorgeous and she got a great deal. they are EXTREMELY affordable from what I've seen/heard. I was going to go there for a tour but I fell in love with my venue and cancelled a bunch of appts. Good luck!
I only visited there when I was venue-shopping, but I did like it. I always recommend it to people because it's affordable, and the guy Andy who works there is SO nice and easy to talk to.
My FSIL got married there in August 2010. It was a great wedding. It was really affordable and really nice. I liked how it was on the water. They got some really nice pictures out on the Docks and stuff. The food was great too!
I went to a wedding there 2 years ago, it was very nice. Food was fine too. I don't have anything bad to say. It wasn't the absolute most beautiful place i've ever been too, but it was by no means ugly either.

Im booked there for November. Andy is amazing to work with and they are super affordable. Weve worked with Gina also and shes great too. Theyre always having showcases and they always have samples of the food at them. They are very willing to work with you on extras and negotiations also. I would def check them out. You wont find another venue on the water for the price that they charge. I visited a couple others and NONE came close, even with cutting stuff out of the packages. Sunset includes so much more for the money. Its totally worth it!
