Sunset Harbour

2014er crashing!! :) are any of you ladies getting married at Sunset Harbor in Patchogue? What's it like? What made you pick it ! any advise would be awesome!!

We have to move our wedding date from next May to this year so we are looking for affordable places with availability this year :)

Yay I'm glad you decided to move it. Idk if your just interested in sunset harbor but check out floral terrace. They were willing to give a discount if you book short notice.

I am!!! The price totally swayed me. More for the money then any place else I saw. Andy is such a sweetheard. And I heard that theyre doing renos in the club room. If you have any ?s fm me!

Sunset Harbour

I didn't pick Sunset Harbour but it was definitely in my top 3! I have a much smaller wedding so the room there (which is GORGEOUS by the way) would have been too big for us, and they would have used plants, etc. to block off part of the room, which I wasn't crazy about. The bridal suite is also right off of the main room - and I preferred to have a little more privacy. If I was having a bigger wedding, I may well have booked there...

That said - the room is gorgeous, you get A LOT for your money, and the menu looks delicious.

Send me your e-mail. I have pics of the deck outside and the harbour room. If you go on their website you can pretty much see the views. Have you been there yet? It really is worth the trip...

Are you meeting with Andy or Gina? Theyre both really great. Dont be afraid to negotiate with them. Theyre really good with getting you what your looking for. Make sure you go to the showcases too! They have samples of the cocktail hour food there and their house dj(absolute) plays and they have tons of other vendors that go there too.

If you are getting married at the venue and are using their outside area be careful we went to a wedding there two years ago and you could hear noise from the adjacent tiki bar on the other side of the divider thing. Other then that it was really nice.

We are having our wedding there also but we are having it in the club room.as we only have 60 guests. Kind of hoping that no one else books for that nite so we can try to convince them to give us the bigger room but either way we care happy. You can't beat their prices for what they give you. Gina is wonderful.

Do you have any ideas on what the Club Room is going to look like after renovations? I'm very curious because our cocktail hour is going to be in there... I would imagine that its going to be very nice vs what it looked like before. Im super excited about it!

So I am just curious of what price you guys were quoted?? I am not impressed with the price (its the same as what I was paying for my May 2014 wedding at crest hollow, and that is for a last minute booking!!

Not sure but we were just there a week ago and the little they had already done it looks better already. We are going back Sunday for a food tasting so I will see more changes that have been made. Maybe I will take some pics and I can send them to you.
