surprise showers

did you girls give your dresses to your mom or BMs to change into at the shower or did you just wear your dress the day you thought it possibly could be??

mine was a total surprise... my sister brought a dress, shoes and jewelery for me !!!

As far as I know, mine is going to be a surprise. Eventually when I buy a dress, I'll give it to my mom to bring with.

mine is going to be a surprise but most likely i know they will plan a 'fake event' so that i'll already be dressed up for it.

well I am no where close to my shower but since my step mom lives out of state & 3 of my BM's live hrs away I will probably give my complete outfit to my SIL (also one of my BM's) and tell her to be sure to bring it.

i want to be totally surprised...but i told my sisters and mom that they had better make sure i dont look like a schlep!!!! i'll prob put together an outfit and then give it to one of them to bring me the day of the party.

my mom said half the fun is cathcing the bride looking like crap.. so I will be giving a dress to my BFF so I know it get's there

seriously!!!! the last thing i want is to think its the following week and look real shizzy on that day (ya know brows outta whack, hair frizzed, etc) ugh.

I know mine is in the works but they are trying to surprise me. I bought a dress and I'm worried that I won't think to wear it. I want to give it to FH because I know he will be the one to bring me to the shower. He says he is going to make me wear it every weekend just in case. He thinks that is very funny!

same here...this is what we have done for other family members so i am assuming it will be the same for me!
