susans re: subzero frige...

do you know if it is cold enough to kill all the bacteria on fish for sushi? (DH would be in heaven)

I know that most residential freezers are not cold enough...I don't know if a subzero is colder...

The fridge part is almost as cold as the freezer. Not sure what the exact temp it that it has to be to kill the bacteria on fish?
