Oh and in new mexico...we have a green chili roll...they fry the green chile in tempura and put a hot sauce on it and roll it with the rice...(so there is no raw fish..oh well) It is sooo yummy!!!!!!!

I love yellow tail too I actually like the raw fish with no rice better, the sashimi. Yellow tail, salmon and tuna!

Before I ever tried it I never thought I would actually enjoy eating it. Then I tasted it and loved it! All these pre conceived notions about Sushi ... it gets a bad wrap lol

The only sushi that I have ever had was a California Roll....but I was told that it was not really considered sushi!!

A california roll is definately sushi...its just not raw fish..and if you liked a California roll, then there are definatley other options out there that you would really like. Give it another shot!
Personally i prefer my sushi not raw..I mean i will eat raw sushi, but i dont prefer it...its a personal taste preference

i should like it because it's healthy for you but i dont like the raw fish aspect of it. i can eat the ones with the shrimp but thats about it.
