All good yesterday and today!! plus i have had such a migrane that i couldnt smoke even if i wanted to!

Your lungs actually start to heal themselves within :30 of your last cigarette - in 24 hrs they can clean out a lot. Just imagine how great you'll feel in a week!!

I hope so, i am going to try out the yoga class tonight i think, the only bad thing is they only offer yoga in this schedule

Wed. Pregnancy yoga
Thursdays Hatha
Saturdays Pilattes

and thats it.. so if i miss one its a whole week before i can take it...

Ok, so maybe ill do the thursday and the saturday classes.. thanks so much!! cause i really do need to loose weight... im going to try a low carb high protein diet, but the only bad thing is i cant eat fish! im allergic.. Hopefully ill be heathy in no time!!

Im trying to get frank to quit,, he doesnt smoke in the house, but i know hes smoking at work.. once the season comes for Bike racing and he cant breathe, i KNOW hell quit!! LOL

Steve keepssaying he will before the baby comes, but I have my doubts! It's not fun for him at all he has to smoke outside, he can't smoke in the car, and when he does he has to wash his hands and face and brush his teeth. The smell has me running to the bathroom, one of my worst morning sickness smells!

I think the more difficult it becomes to smoke, the less he will do it!! soon it will be summer, so he wont be able to stand right outside the door cause the windows will be open and the smoke will come in, so hell have to go to the corner!!

Meghan I can't he is so good everytime I puke he comes in the bathroom to hold my hair! But he's afraid of watching me give birth I told him if you can watch someone puke you can watch anything!!
