You guys already have a mortgage committment and a closing date right? It is taking us SO long! Now, if we could only take care of the floor problem....

kelly jump in anytime! i'm sorry i forgot that you were still waiting (i know kelly is not your 1st name -i cant look up profiles for some reason on my laptop)

if we get the committment i will be happy and we will just have to come up with the $$ for the floors.

We went furniture shopping today. I think that we found a bedroom set and a sectional sofa for the den. I didn't want a sectional but we will compromise and get a neutral color since I HATED the one the floor model is in. Then once we finish off the basement down it goes!!!!

where did you go shopping? i cant wait to get a new DR set and a BR set. Though the DR set is a priority!

The big furniture store on 112!! I hope my stubborn hubby decides to purchase it. It would be nice to know that at least we will have a couch to sit on and a dresser to put our clothes in!!

He LOVES the couch, I like it and can tolerate it!

I LOVE the bedroom set and he likes it a lot! So who knows

He keeps telling me, we don't need a DR set yet. I am . How can we have anyone over for dinner then I hope that I will win this one quick, otherwise this might be another one of those, I am going shopping with Mom and Honey, look what I bought today things!

That's what I say - I need a DR set otherwise we can't have anyone over for dinner! The kitchen is big but it is not eat in. We have a round kitchen table and how dumb would that look in a beautiful formal DR!!

That is exactly us except that we do have a small part of the kitchen that is made for a table and of course the 2 tables we have are too big for it . So then my Mom is her wisdom tells him, ah don't worry about the dining room until the holiday! Well, him parents are coming to stay with us in September, and the holidays??? We have 10 nieces and Nephews that do not understand house poor so where do she think we will have money for it????

Kelly is my first name you are thinking of Kelly4 (who is Loren, and will soon be my 'neighbor' sorta!)

I am hoping that we get our closing date this week...I want to do furniture shopping but feel like I cant until I know when we will be moving!!! But we are going looking this weekend and we are ordering our patio set (it was a shower gift)
