Re: swan club
Check the Brides Review board. I know there are some up.
I went there. FH and I thought the grounds were gorgeous!!!! Even in the dead of winter you could see how beautiful it was. The pond and lake and flowers in the spring/summer is stunning. I love where you have the ceremony. You could have it anytime of year, because it's outdoors but covered. Long aisle and sooo nice!!!
The cocktail space was really nice. indoors and outdoors and cute.
The ballroom didn't do anything for me though. The Camelot room was the only one we saw. It was the biggest room, but I thought it would be tight for our 200 guests. I didn't like the chairs, and it didnt feel spacious. I wish you could have more views from the inside of their amazing grounds.
The price is very affordable and the lady we met with was very nice!

Re: swan club
i've never been to an event there, but one of my coworkers got married there (and another coworker attended the wedding) and they both said it was gorgeous and the food and VH were great! I checked it out and thought it was beautiful and the BM I met with was sooooo great - good luck!

Re: swan club
The grounds are BEAUTIFUL and the cocktail hour room is amazing too. I fell in love with it even in the rain. The downstairs room (garden room maybe?) isn't the greatest set up, which is actually the reason we didn't book there. The food quality, however, matches the gardens.

Re: swan club
From seeing it on line i am not crazy about the set up of the main room either but it looks fairly new. I hate these places that look sooo run down ( i wont mention bc i don't want to offend anyone) We are going to be about 150- 175 so it may not be terrible in that room. I am trying to keep an open mind if the price is right bc i am just getting frustrated now.

FYI They're having a bridal showcase on 1/28 @7pm I plan on tasting the food & touring the venue then and if i like it i'll make an appointmnet with their BM. I've e-mailed Jordana a bunch of times already and they seem really nice. It's in my top 4 choices.

Re: swan club
I have to say I'm probably partial, but I'm having my reception there this March! The staff has been great so far, the food has been awesome (you can go to a lunch @ their 'restaurant' during the week for free, before you book with them, so you can see what you're getting into. Talk to Mike - he handles the booking.. You just drop his name and foods on the house! THe grounds are fantastic too.. I can't wait!
I'm having my reception in the Camelot room, which is the largest of the rooms.. We're having 140, which was given to us as a steal of a deal, because the rooms minimum was supposed to be 165 but we just weren't going to have that many people, and the cost cannot be beat.. I hope it all goes well!
