Swan Club and Air Conditioning

Ok...my FI and I were all ready to book the Swan Club tomorrow and the my mom talked to someone at work who's daughter got married at the Swan Club a few years ago. His daugher had her reception on a hot July day and the cocktail hour room had no AC. She was in the Camelot room so the CH was in room with all the windows.

Has anyone had this happen to them? Is there air conditioning in this room.

PLEASE let me know...as soon as you can.

I hope this was just a fluke....I don't want to go looking for another place.

Thanks
