I read about your predicament and i cant see them doing something underhanded ... I hope not in your case... Hopefully someone can help ya out? Is the price diff drastic?

Well I hope not but I haven't had the best experiences with the banquet managers. our maitre 'D was the only one we really felt comfortable with.
It's 10% more than we were originally quoted. I just want to know what everyone else was told.
