Swan Club Brides-Cake and Menu

Hey former and future Swan Club Brides!
I just had my menu meeting today and I wanted to know what entrees you chose or will choose.

Also, what cake flavor and filling did you choose and what did your guests say about it!

By the way...our Maitre' D Sandra is AMAZING!!! We loved her!!!

i just got married at the swan club on 5/25. for our menu we had:

appetizer:
seasonal melon

salad:
mixed greens with gorgonzola (we upgraded to this salad)

entrees:
prime rib
eggplant rollatini
chicken wellington
salmon

dessert:
pastries and chocolate covered strawberries (this was also an add on)
ice cream eclair
wedding cake

for our wedding cake, we kept it simple...marble cake with chocolate mousse filling--it was delicious! i would definitely recommend the salad if you think your guests will like it--i don't remember the price to upgrade but i don't think it was that much. and i would most DEFINITELY recommend the ice cream eclair--yum!

hi! thanks!! :)

i did do the menus myself--i really just typed everything onto nice paper and then put it in a fancy font! our matre'd sent me the descriptions of everything and i just plugged it into microsoft word and made it 'pretty' :) i ordered all the paper from www.paper-source.com

it looks like we have a few of the same vendors--flower michele and camelot! both of them were awesome as you read! i cannot rave enough about john from flower michele--i was totally in love with everything he did for us!!
