Swan Club Brides...Q about personal space
Hey Swan Club brides,We are considering the Swan Club, but we have a few concerns.
The Camelot Room is the largest room and is supposed to be able to accommodate us with 200 people, but looking at it, I feel like it might be cramped?
When we went for our tour, we were not shown the bridal suite or groom's space, because it was the weekend...does each bride/couple get their own place to escape to? I'm concerned about the possibility of there being up to three weddings at a time.
Former brides, did the multiple wedding situation effect you at all? Do a lot of people hang out outside on the grounds? We're probably not doing the ceremony there, because we weren't crazy about the space...but we would like to do daytime if we do Swan Club, because the grounds are what drew us to it, anyway.
Thanks!!

Swan Club Brides...Q about personal space
Hi!I just got married at the Swan Club last week and because our wedding was on a Thursday, we had the whole place for ourselves. So we lucked out but based on some of the feedback I've read from other former brides, I think if you're wedding is in the afternoon and not the evening, they may rush your guests to prepare for the next party, if that party is in the same room. Just something to think about.
Like you, the gardens is what drew my husband and I to the Swan Club and the customer service. Our wedding was in the 'Garden Room' as a I had less guests. They have bridal suites upstairs, where my bridesmaids was in Suite #3 and the Groomsmen and my husband were in Suite #2. So those are likely the suites you probably will use if you book the Camelot. There was another Bridal Suite in the parking lot nearer to the Garden Room, where my reception was held but since it rained somewhat on my day, they had my bridal party use the suites upstairs.
Overall, my family and friends raved about the Swan Club. They loved it and the really enjoyed the food and the ambiance. I had a great wedding day. The Staff was amazing. I hope this helps. :o)

Hi!
Yes I went with their cake and it was really good. We ordered a carrot cake. It was very yummy and our BM gave us the top of the cake to take home and to save for our anniversary.
