Anyone have a large crowd (210 people or so) in this room? How was it? The table arrangements is a little strange if you have over 200 people. We're hoping to get some no's !
no, we had about 150, and it was perfect. anything over 200 is way too much. the minimum for that room is way too high!

we booked camelot at swan club and we are expecting anywhere from 180-215+![]()
we were told that the max was 245 and that our guest list woouldnt be a problem? ive also been to a few weddings there before, none of them were small and we were comfortable

We were there the other night to pick our menu, linens, get the seating chart etc. He showed us that there would have to be tables on either side of the 'sweetheart table'. Also, when you first walk into the Camelot Room from the lobby, there would be two tables to left, near the doorway, away from the other tables. Then t here's another table that only fits 7. It's crammed between two pillars and it juts out into the lobby. We're hoping to at least eliminate that one. My daughter isn't crazy about having tables right next to hers, but I told her it doesn't matter........she wont be sitting there much anyway. Hope you girls all have wonderful weddings at the Swan club.
