swan club help again

any previous SC girls that are out there...
I'm confused about this outside thing. Whlie we're having dinner, is the other wedding outside so we can see them? And why can't they guarentee that they will set up the outside area for the coctail area. Is it because of the weather or someone else will be out there?

i dont think you can see the other ceremony from where the Camelot room is but, they cant guarantee the outside cocktail hour probably because if somebody books the garden room then that is there cocktail hour but, i think if nobody books it you can have it. I haven't gotten married there yet obvios. but, i just asked them a lot of questions.
