so my hall gives us 2 free ice sculptures but im unsure if i want them. people hardly notice them and they are only in the CH so who cares ya know. They told me i can swap it for either a) ice cream bar b) chocolate fountain
we already added an ice cream/banana's foster bar at a discounted price...now im wondering if we should just nix that add on and do it for free in lieu of the ice sculptures..then again it only saves us like $350...ugh the dilemma...what to do?

I'm against chocolate fountains. My belief is people who are all dressed up is their best clothes don't want to risk a mess. So I would just stick with the ice cream bar and get it for free. It's more than enough food anyway!
sheer genius colleen... you took the words out of my mouth. dresses and suits... chocolate fountain = mess

no chocolate fountain!!!
I have found that its very easy to eat out of a chocolate fountain whilst wearing a dress...
whilst is the greatest word ever!!!
I enjoy using rare verbage...

I actually had them put NO ICE SCULPTURES on my contract. And if one is there...I'm knocking it over myself!!!!
I've been to many weddings with choc fountains...and I love it. But I've never seen an ice cream bar so I love that idea!!!!
Reminds me of old times at the Sizzler with my grandparents...hee hee.

i think you should just not pay for the ice cream then if you dont care about the sculptures. Then again the chocolate fountain is worth like $750 (or so my hall told me) so its upt o you what the bigger payout is! :)

i would say the ice cream bar. i persoanlly think ice sculptures r a big waste of money. i hate chocolate fountains. my parents have one & the first time they used it my nephew & niece stuck there gross little fingers in the chocolate & ever since i refuse to go near the thing.
