Sweet potato / cream cheese pie
I made this awesome pie yesterday and everyone loved it.
2 cups of mashed sweet potatoes or 1/2 can of yams.
1/4 cup of sugar
1 eggs beaten well
3/4 of a stick of butter
1tsp of cinnamon
1 pack of Cream cheese
15 graham crackers
1/2 stick of melted butter
or a ready made pie crust
Preheat stove to 425
Blend the cheese till it is almost liquified and add the egg, then the yams. Make it as smooth as possible. then mix in the rest of the ingredents. Pour into crust and cook for 25-30 minutes. Check periodically.
