I have a speedo lycra one that I like. After years of using the rubber ones as a kid, I was glad to find something else that didn't rip out my hair when I took it off.

where are you going to swim? I would like to do this too. I did it all Summer and it really helped keep the weight off.

The lycra caps are great. I love that they don't rip your hair out everytime you take it off. BTW so happy to see another Bridgeview bride on here...

did competative swimming for a while and the best i found were the speedo ones!
