swimming with dolphins

I really want to swim with dolphins on our HM. Does anyone know of places where I can do this in the caribbean?

I know you can do it in the Bahamas.

We want to swim with the doplihins too on our Hm and are looking into it. Aruba doesn't have it, but there is an island close by that does.

Definitely Bahamas. Call your concierge desk at the hotel and see what they say to do. Definitely make reservations in advance and MAKE SURE that they clarify exactly what the experience is. I made reservations over the phone and they didn't explain what it was so by the time we get there, they said 'well, no you are signed up for the encounter not the swim and we have no spots left.' I was devastated. So, have them double check fifty million times before you give them your credit card. However, even the encounter was the best experience of my life!

You can also do it in Mexico. They have places where you swim in the ocean with them, as opposed to a blocked off piece of beach (we saw that too).

I have done it several times in Cozumel and in the Bahamas. It is awesome. Both places are owned by the same company.

FYI: Make sure you make your reservations in advance. During popular times it books up fast.

What does the encounter contain? Are you in the water with them or are you on land watching them?
It all sounds great!

I've done it in the Bahamas(there's a huge place they take you to by boat), Bermuda (they had it right at the hotel), and in Cozumel (at a national park) Each time was more fun and amazing then the last!
