I saw the infomercial last night and they have a new fat burning pilates DVD. Has anyone tried winsor pilates? Do you like it? This is the one with Daisy Fuentes on it.

I have the original one. I really like it!
It depends if you like pilates, though. Since my knees can't handle as much these days, pilates works for me IF I stick to it. Hope that helps!

I use my Pilates dvd as a coaster.
A friend used the Winsor Pilates dvd's to get back in shape after the birth of her daughter, and it worked very well for her. But she also went back to her normal way of eating (she was on South Beach before it was known as South Beach).

I use traditional Pilates DVD and love it....few friends have liked Winsor, not sure of the results though.

I have the 'Pilates for Dummies' dvd. Its ok. But then again, I'm really out of shape!! I think I could like it if I really tried to use it.

I have the Windor pilates DVD but not the new one, I LOVE them, you're working out, but its also kinda relaxing. Great results, I just have to start using them more!!

I have the windsor pilates....i mainly do the legs one. it works if you do it consistenly and of course....watch what you eat.

I got the three Windsor Pilates DVD's last summer. Stuck to it for about a month. I don't think it's the fastest way to lose some weight. It's useful if you're already at your ideal weight and just want to tone and maintain your body, I think.

I 've never tried the Winsor pilates - I just did the regular pilates (I'm not sure what the difference is)
I like Yoga a little better. I got a Bryan Kest dvd for that and its great
ETA - even if you don't like Yoga - the video alone is worth it to watch and wonder what that guy must be like in the sack, I've never seen a man who was that .....flexible.

I have the dvd-its ok, but i agree with what busybee says-its great if you are maintaining your figure. amd i find the girls voice totally annoying-i have to mute!!

just ordered it...fat burner one....co-worker uses and lost 25lbs. she loves it....so i figured i would give it a shot....good luck....

That is the one I was thinking of getting. I went to winsorpilates.com and when you buy the DVD for $9.95 there is a catch. They will send you a new one every 30 days for $19.95 and then you can send it back if you don't like it. I hate stuff like that.

I like it. If you want to borrow mine for a few weeks to test it out and see if you like it, I'd be happy to lend it to you. . . It's been a while since I used it, but there are a few different workouts included.
