SWR: Anyone use Winsor Pilates?
Original post by KimberlyBride
I saw the infomercial last night and they have a new fat burning pilates DVD. Has anyone tried winsor pilates? Do you like it? This is the one with Daisy Fuentes on it.

I go to classes occasionally & do the original video. It's great to get your muscles in shape & strected out (if you don't normally work out, like me)

Just wanted to update you all on the winsor fat burn DVD - it is awesome. I bought a used one on ebay for $10 about a month ago and have been doing it 2-3 times a week in addition to going to the gym and I am really seeing some inches lost. It is 50 minutes and you do a pilates fat burning workout routine standing and then 20 minutes of mat work. I would definitely recommend it.

I have the fat burner one. I got it off the informertial for $10. (Make sure you cancel when you get it, or else they send you another DVD every month and it's like $40 a month) THe DVD is great. I mainly do the second shorter version. There's two work outs and I do the one that's 20 minutes. I haven't done it consistantly because I've been running outside everyday, but I can tell you that it makes you feel really good and relaxed. Its not hard to do either. My friend lost 3 inches in her waste in about a month from it. I don't know if you lose 'weight' so much as inches.

I was using it regularly, but stopped. This morning, I decided that I need to get back to it. It does work if you do it regularly.

I use winsor pilates all the time. I have the series. Its nice after a busy day to relax and stretch with pilates. I do this when i dont have energy to jump around and sweat with billy blanks.

I use it and I love it.. It tones everything up so well.. My problem is staying motivated.. It's not the tapes fault becuase it's not hard to do at all and is quite enjoyable.... I guess it's the whole finding a 20 mintue time frame where i can say this is for me.. But since I've been using the tape twice a week for the past 3 weeks things have been fitting a lot nicer.
