SWR-calphalon roasters

SWR-calphalon roasters

ok ladies is it better to have a non stick roaster with a rack or a stainless steel roaster with rack???

i have the stainless steel set with some nonstick pans....but which is better to do a turkey with>

i thinking nonstick but i am not sure

I registered for stainless....for a few reasons...I thought it would be easier to clean and if you are cooking lets say a turkey or roast beef its in there for a long time at a high heat and I was afraid of using the non stick pans in that capacity....Don't know that is just my opinion

No.. not yet, but my mom has a nonstick and it works great
