Just looking for pictures of 'real' people who have lost a lot of weight and have become 'fit'.
I'm committing to myself to a 6 month boot camp, and I would love to see some before and after pictures for inspiration.

I don't have any pics but since January I have lost 21 pounds, toned up my arms and legs, and lost about 4 inches everywhere.
To put it in women's terms: I went from a size 10 to a size 6.

No pic.'s yet but I've lost 38 lbs since January 3rd (actually stuck with a resollution!). I still have a ways to go but when I'm feeling a little less than motivated I go to a store and try on the exact same article of clothing in my old size and my new size. It inspires me to keep going!!! Good Luck!

I have lost 55 lbs and FH has lost 77 since august we are doing weight watchers
wow... that's great!!! You guys must be so proud of yourselves and each other!! I'm doing it, too, but it's not working like it should. Are you doing flex or core?

I'm using Jenny Craig (since January) becasue I do not have a high enough level of discipline for weight watchers (ie: I'll save up all my points to justify oreo's). The food is pretty good and most days I don't even eat all of it because I'm full. I also started pilates in February and I do a 20 minute video 2-3 times a week. Thanks for the vote of confidence, it's not easy and I have to find lots of little games (like trying on new clothes) to keep up the momentum. Hopefully the photos will show that this has all been worth while!

Two weeks ago, current weight:
All done up, at my trial today:
Even my FH was taken aback at the comparisons in the pictures. He sees me daily so didn't notice the change as much as people who haven't seen me in a while.
I'm pretty happy with what I've accomplished. I know you will be too!

WoW!!! Congrats all of you!! I used to weigh 200 lbs.. and i'm only 4'11 so that was pretty bad.. in about 2 years i've lost 60 lbs.. and down to an 8-10.... But I havent lost any weight in over a yr.. i've been at a plateau... ive been doing a lot of cardio at the gym and i cut out fast food.. but i'm still stuck.. i'm determined to lost another 20 lbs... but its so hard!!!!

What did you do?
I worked out - mixing cardio and weight training - 4 to 5 times a week.
I also changed my diet. I started off doing South Beach and then adjusted it to my lifestyle.
I try to stick to low fat, high protein meals, and I try to stick to whole grain carbs that are high in fiber.
