SWR: Low Calorie snacks

So I'm on WW trying to lose weight. Hoping I lose at least 10 lbs before I go looking for dresses in June.

I'm being good and avoiding junk food other than 100 cal .pack snacks and fat free/sugar free jello.

Any other recommendations for snacks.

Kellogs all bran bars. Soooo good, way bigger than most 2 pt. bars.
Obviously fruit. Sliced cucumbers. and weight watchers yogurt is only 1 pt!

The special K bars are good and they are only 90 calories. South Beach also have a variety of snack that contains only 100 calories.

Peanuts Peanut Peanuts.. !! So good for you and fills your tummy very quick. Try to get the low salt ones though. Salty stuff will make you bloat.

Low fat Babybell cheeses, ham or turkey and cheese roll-ups (no mayo), cottage cheese...you should stay away from starches if you want to lose weight.

ETA: Nuts are also good bc they contain good fat, but you have to be careful not to stuff yourself with them...overeating nuts can lead to weight gain...

No pudge brownies - they are chocolatey delicious! You can make one brownie at a time. I do 2 tbsp of mix and 1 tbsp of water and stick it in the microwave for about 1 minute and it's a one point (WW) treat. Also, the new light, high fiber english muffins are a good snack. Laughing cow light cheese - comes in different flavors and is one point on WW. I like to put the cheese on the english muffin with egg whites, very filling breakfast for low points. 100 - calorie packs from Nabisco are also good. And I also recommend the Kellogg's high fiber bars, they are surprisingly tastey and filling.

The WW cheddar Cheese twist are really good. They sell them at the WW meeting locations. Also Sherrys in Babylon Village on Deer Park Ave has some great stuff. I love the fat free chocolate chip cookies. They are BIG cookies and are 3 pts., they also have FF brownies and are like double the size of the no pudge servings and are just as good. Pretzels always seem to work for me. 4 Pretzles and a large bottle of water fills me up. The Doritos Light chips are good. Ok, enough junk food. I also love the NEW WW yogurt. It is one point.
