SWR: Made an appointment with...

...a trainer! I'm so excited! Someone recommended an excellent trainer here in Philly. I called today and made an appointment - my first workout is this weekend! The first 3 sessions are free (every session thereafter is , but it's worth it to make sure my dress looks awesome!). I'm excited and nervous because, up until now, my workouts have been pretty lazy and half a$$ed.
