SWR- Need Car Service

Can anyone recommend me a car service for this weekend? My brother, sister-in-law and niece are flying in and the current car service that we use (obviously no longer) will not pick them up b/c they said it's too busy and can't guarantee the baby seat will be in the car. They said that they can pick them up and just put my niece in the back seat like a regular person, she's 18 months old!!!!! They said that it's OK since the airport it's that far away, (JFK to RVC area). Isn't that ILLEGAL!!!!!! I'm a little pi$$ed right now.

Please recommend a car service!

Thanks so much!!!

My company uses Deluxe also and I personally have used them many times...with no issues at all.
