yes, but you have to cut and paste it and remove the gridlines. You may have to play with it a bit but it's better than retyping!!

Is this to create labels? if so, you can export the excel file to word leaving all the info the way it is..

if this is for label you can do a mail merge, and you won't have to do any cuting and pasting. FM me for details.
