FH and I are trying to finish up our registry and we are stuck on which coffee maker to register for. I LOVE coffee, cappucino, etc. He is not a fan and could care less what type of maker we get! I really like the ones with the thermal carafes, but I haven't found a coffee and espresso maker with the thermal carafe. But then I am not 100% sure I want the coffee/espresso machine. And of course I want something that will make a great cup of coffee. Any recomendation ladies? TIA!

Re: SWR - Registering and Coffee Maker help!
foodie here again. oh, I can totally help you out. you know, there are a lot of coffee geeks..... enough to make their own website for unbiased coffee/espresso machine reviews. These people are absolutely obsessed with obtaining the perfect brew and crema.... just check out their reviews....
oh, I feel I should warn you though.... if you get an espresso machine, and you don't live near a coffee house, it' wise to invest in a good grinder.... not a $20 job, but the real deal..... espresso is really limited by having a perfectly consistent and FRESH grind....
