Sympathy Arrangements (X-Post from 2010)

a friend of mine & FH's father passed away & we wanted to send something to her house.. we weren't going to send flowers because the wake is only one day.. and we were going to send an Edible Arrangement but everyone we speak to is doing that so we don't want her to have 80 of them...

so does anyone have any other ideas on what to send?? and a web site i can use.. she lives in NJ so i can't use anywhere local that i know of to deliver

TIA!!

What about a gift basket of other sorts of foods, maybe something that keeps a little longer? That way when the fruit and flowers are done, they can still have some comfort food around them?

Amazon has tons of options.

Here is the one I pictured above.

I've used Wolferman's several times to send a gourmet sympathy basket. I like it beacuse its breads, biscuits, sconces, etc. Something a little different than the usual baskets. I've had the stuff and it is deliscous!
