I have a membership, but I don't go...LOL. I am so bad too. I need to get back into going and stop being fat and lazy!

I go there, it's so much better than the other gyms around the area.

I usually go after work (when I'm able to make it) which is around 6 or so and on the weekends in the early afternoon when it's not so crowded.

I wish I could go in the morning, unfortunately I have to be at work at 730am in the city, yuck.
