I just have a quick question to girls who have already received their invitations from her.
Did you have her address the envelopes? What type of font was it? FH and FMIL want calligraphy but I can not see spending like $2-$3 per envelope on that! So I am just wondering what it looks like having T essa address the envelopes.
Also, does she give that 2nd envelope that personally addresses it to the guests, or can you bypass that completely? I didn't even know about that 2nd envelope till I received an invitation to a friends wedding the other day. I personally think it is a waste of paper. lol
TIA

I havent got mine yet but I know you have a choice of doing 2 envelopes or just one. I personally couldnt see spending for two either but if you feel you need it it isnt that much anyway (I think $.35 each for addressed envelopes).

Re: T e ssa
I had t essa do my envelopes. She used the same font and colors from my invites. I would show you a pic but I sent them out this week. But they looked great.
The second envelope is extra with t essa. I did without it because I didn't want the second envelope. I already made mistakes with invite stuffing lol. Adding a second envelope would really have made things worse.

She is also doing our envelopes. We are not using an inner envelope. Instead we are doing personalized response cards.

I didnt get mine yet but I didnt do the inner envelope. Waste of $ in my opinion. I already have pocketfolds so I dont need another envelope to hold all the cards together so they dont get lost, they have a pocket for that within my invite! =) lol
And yes I believe she told me its the same font/color as your invitation =) I am having her do the guest addressing, rsvp envelope addressing and return address. =)
Honestly this was my thought process, yes calligraphy is very pretty BUT its $2-3 an envelope, then you also need to wait until you get your invites from Tessa to first send them out to someone else! For me I like the idea of its all done in one shot by one person so all the fonts and colors are the same =) And she does fantastic work so I know Im getting quality. Its one less thing to worry about =)))))

Re: T e ssa
Glad other people aren't doing the 2nd envelope! I didn't see the point of it! I will have to email her regarding this. She has been working on my quote for the past week and I feel clueless about these things

Same here! These boards and all the ladies on them helped me through EVERYTHING! And even Tessa herself would explain things to me when I would ask her. Ask her she will tell you herself about the inner envelope. Thats why I enjoy working with her soo much, shes honest with you and not just looking to take your $... She wants you to be happy and gives you HER HONEST opinion as well =))))))

Re: T e ssa
Okay first is invite
This is guest addressing.
This is the self addressing on both the outer envelope and the response card envelopes.
Hope that helps you make your choice.
