does anyone have this service? Do you love it? Hate it? I am thinking of switching. Need your advice!

Re: T Mobile
Dont switch to TMOBILE>.....Especially if you live in NY....Crappy service....lost calls etc...If you want a good phone provider in NY then go with Verizon or AT&T. They are the two top providers out now.

Re: T Mobile
My service is horrible inside most buildings - I have NO service in my house and in school - whcih defeats have the purpose - otherwise i love the plan -
Maybe you should find out about service in your area - because mine is a total dead zone -

Re: T Mobile
Yeah my uncle has TMobile and constantly gets cut off for no reason when he is on the phone. I would go with someone else.

Re: T Mobile
DH and I have it and we don't have any complaints. Then again, we aren't big cell phone users.

Re: T Mobile
T-Mobile was listed in Newday awhile back as being the best as far as plan costs go. Service area coverage is improving a lot, and their customer service is very good. When we had problems with poor service area coverage early on they kept crediting us with extra minutes.
We only get dropped calls in the areas we know have weak coverage and those areas have diminished. I get fine coverage in my office which is in an interior area of the building.
Initially we could not get coverage in our house, but that has improved, many days getting a full signal. They told us they are adding more and more cell sites to improve the coverage and I've noticed that areas I couldn't get signals previously now have coverage.
We debated about switching or keeping them and decided they were worth keeping for our needs and the good rates.

In CA it works AWESOME!!!! When we were in CA on vacation my SIL's phone worked better than ever. Then we step back to NY and PROBLEMS, they even had a big argument with Tmobile the same week they were back.
No problems in CA thats for sure.
Tmobile also doesn't work in the hamptons. When they go up there for the weekend I can never get in contact with them through their cell.
