Table # location in the room

We were starting to just group family members so that it'll be easier to do tables down the road, but I realized that I have no clue where table 1, 2, 3, etc are actually located in the room. Does your venue give you some sort of a map or chart or something to be able to figure out where you want to put all of your guests?

yup my venue gave me a floor plan at our final meeting.

It depends on the venue. For our e-party we were able to change around the tables to wherever location we wanted, and make them any number we want. That way, parents tables were #1 and #2, and were able to be in whatever location we wanted.

we had already made alternating color table numbers .... so one side of the room is now one color and one is the other. OOPS lol

I received my floor plan with the table #'s at our tasting. Def ask your venue, I'm sure they'll give it to you now if you asked.

I actually got my layout, believe it or not, when I made my deposit.. 2 years ago! LOL
