Table Number HELP

I downloaded my pics into a word document and made all the tables numbers. So now I have about 20 pics (table numbers) that need to be printed or saved onto a disk so I can get them printed. For some reason I tried right clicking on the pic to try and save each one individually and it won't work. I'm computer illiterate and STUCK....HELP!! What are my options? All I have right now if this word document. I don't have powerpoint and I can't download them into Kodak Gallery bc then I can't put the table number on them!!!
