For those of you who did your own, what size did you make them and did you use card stock?

im making mine 5x7. I havent decided if im printing on cardstock or printing like a 5x7 photo and framing it

We used plain white cardstock mounted on a green background with corner punch. The green background was folded over at the top. One side was the table number, one was the menu. The backgrounds were 6x6, so the white squares were5 1/2 x 5 1/2. (So one 12x12 sheet of cardstock, with BOTH sides colored, yields 2 menus/numbers. One 8.5 x 11 sheet of regular cardstock gives you 2 of the white squares for mounting.)
We stood the table numbers/menus in these little picture-holder things my husband made from mini flower pots, dowels, and alligator clips.

I'm using my engagement pictures...will print them out 5x7 on photo paper and put them in a frame.
